This is the first thing I've made using my piano. It's from Chicago. The windy city.

Chris made a joke about this song today, although it's not really a funny song. It's a true story about a baby bird.

A while back, just after Chris moved in, we started this album, this CONCEPTUAL album. It was about outerspace. The man character goes off into outerspace to fix something, and leaves behind a machine that replicates his heart beat so that the lady charcter won't be too lonely. Unfortunately, the lady falls in love with the machine.

This song is about a circus that won't leave town. Chris helped me so much. He's the manly voice.

I imagine an indignant township that is a little afraid of the circus animals all coming together in an old fashioned town square, singing about the monkeys.

I also imagine my favorite webcomic, Poppycock Circus. If you like smart, talking bears, you should check it out.

Today Mt St Helens exploded. It was really nice out today, and then there was this big white mushroom cloud to the north. I re-potted a bunch of plants that my cats have been out to destroy. I'm going to two weddings in May.

Meghan came over today and we made fried chicken and then I used some of those sounds to make a song.
